Prices and shipping costs
For the prices mentioned, the sales tax is due to the application of the small business regulation according to § 6 (1) 27 USTG not shown. Prices are given in Euros. In addition to the prices quoted, we individually calculate different shipping costs depending on the destination country, weight, insured or uninsured delivery per order. You will be informed of the shipping costs in the shopping cart system and on the order page clearly before the order. From an order value of € 150, - shipping is free. The costs for packaging materials are already included in the shipping costs. In the case of cross-border deliveries, taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and / or duties (e.g. customs duties) may be payable by the customer in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.

Delivery instructions
The delivery takes place in Austria, Germany and EU countries. We are happy to deliver other countries upon prior request by email to office@isisnoreia.at
Shipping is always insured from an order value of over € 12.- by the Austrian and German post, and by private shipping services.

Delivery times
We always try to send the goods to our customers as quickly as possible. Delivery takes place immediately, but no later than 30 days. When ordering individual custom-made products, shipping can be extended. The buyer will be informed separately by email about the scope and duration of this extension.
